Byggarn Prompts is operated by Byggarn, a Swedish web studio. By using this site you agree to these terms.

Who you are dealing with

The site, the library, and the prompts are provided by Byggarn. Reach us at hi@byggarn.se — that address is read by a person and is the right place for support, refunds, data requests, and anything else.

Purchases are not sold by Byggarn. Premium access is sold by Polar Software, Inc.(Delaware, USA), which acts as reseller and merchant of record. Polar is the seller on your receipt, your purchase contract is with Polar, and Polar's terms govern the transaction. We are told your email address so we can unlock your account, and nothing more.

The service

We publish prompts that instruct AI coding agents to build websites. Each prompt ships with a preview of the site it produces. What your agent actually builds depends on your agent, its model, and your setup; we cannot and do not guarantee identical results.

Accounts

A free account lets you save prompts; a premium purchase unlocks the rest on that account. Keep your credentials secure and do not share access. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or share premium content. You can delete your account any time at hi@byggarn.se.

Premium binds to the email address used at checkout. Use the same email when you sign in, or write to us and we will move it.

Tax

As merchant of record, Polar calculates, collects, and remits any VAT or sales tax due on your purchase, based on where you are. If you are in a VAT territory, tax is handled at checkout; if you are not, none is added. Byggarn does not invoice you and does not collect tax on this sale.

Immediate access, and your right to withdraw

Premium prompts are digital content delivered immediately: the moment your payment settles, your account unlocks and the full prompt bodies are readable. By completing checkout you are asking for that immediate delivery and acknowledging that you therefore lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. This is normal for instantly delivered digital goods, and it is why the refund rule below exists.

Refunds

A premium purchase is final. The prompts are delivered in full the moment payment settles, they are text you keep, and there is no version of handing them back, which is exactly why the withdrawal waiver above exists. Judge the work first: every premium card plays its whole recording and links to the live site it builds, and half the library is free to copy without an account.

Polar remains the merchant of record and can still cancel or refund a transaction at its own discretion, and we will help with anything genuinely wrong: a charge you did not make, an unlock that never arrived, the wrong email on the account. Write to hi@byggarn.se.

What you get, and for how long

A premium purchase is one-time and does not renew. It unlocks every premium prompt in the library at the time of purchase, plus new premium drops for as long as we maintain the library. If we ever stop maintaining it, what you have already unlocked stays yours to use under the prompt license, and stays downloadable for at least 12 months from the announcement.

Fair use

Do not scrape the library, redistribute prompt text, or abuse the service. The prompt license governs what you may do with the prompts themselves.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Byggarn is not liable for damages arising from use of the prompts or their output. Swedish law applies to your use of this site; your purchase is governed by Polar's terms and the law stated in them. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
