ZEN, an innovation fund where the photograph recedes and lands framed inside a world drawn in ink

A fifteen-section scroll site for a fictional fund backing compute, grid, generation and robotics. It is built as a two-colour press: every landscape, pylon, turbine and rover on the page is a live WebGL vertical-line halftone redrawn each frame, and the only photoreal thing in the document is the hero, which does not fade out but shrinks and lands as a framed photograph inside the drawn world. Ten independent halftone canvases, a 120-frame scrubbed hero sequence, a map that draws itself in, a horizontal drag track, a ring-timed slider, and a marker you hold and move to dissolve one valley into the same valley twenty years later. One-shot spec: the full fragment shader, every layer config, every motion constant and all copy is hardcoded below.
