AETHER — one hero section, and the marble answers your cursor

A single never-scrolling hero built from ONE ten-second AI clip, stacked twice. The bottom copy loops forever so the clouds drift and the pool keeps rippling; the top copy is paused and its timeline belongs to your cursor, revealed through a soft radial mask cut around the figure alone. Come anywhere near him and he goes to a FULL bicep flex, frame by frame, in real time; leave and he lowers the arm slower than he raised it. Relaxed he breathes; held at the top he develops a tremor. A live EXERTION instrument reads the number off in the corner, the whole scene leans two degrees toward you, and the marble settles into frame on load. No WebGL, no library, no image sequence, no green screen: two video tags, one CSS mask, and about 80 lines of JavaScript.
